I warmly invite you to a truly special yoga and mindfulness retreat, combined with deep rest at the beautiful boutique hotel Roots Retreat in southern Sri Lanka, set amid the breathtaking surroundings of Sri Lankan nature and culture.

It will be an 8-week experience of meeting yourself with full acceptance and awareness of the present moment, one that helps you reach an inner calm and teaches you how to draw on it in everyday life.
